Excellent! I think it is paramount to start as a teacher before moving on to administration, the same way it is important for all teachers to first be students. I’m glad that my blog offers some insight regarding what it’s like to be a first year teacher. I hope you’re following a lot of other teaching blogs though as my experience isn’t all encompassing.
