A Request to Share Forms/Materials
Fellow teachers, I received an email (see below) requesting assistance with examples of classroom forms (i.e. expectations, late work policy, syllabus, and so forth.) I would be grateful for your input and expertise and think the #education community could certainly benefit. All grade levels are encouraged to share.

I just came across your blog. I am going to start teaching my first year (2nd grade in Atlanta, GA) and I am nervous that I don’t have materials prepared…things like Class Rules, Welcome letters to teachers, Classroom Organization charts, grading charts, etc etc etc. If you have any information or examples of of any of these “forms”, I would greatly appreciate your help!
